Our Company Corporate Representation offers a representation service to overseas companies that want to establish operations in Australia based on a low “cost footprint” and access to a quality commercial services that provide value and managed risk to its shareholders. These services must have sound commercial and market judgment and access to a network of commercial and business services that suit the company’s needs.

The Corporate Representation offered by the Palliser Group is a transitional and flexible arrangement and changes as the client company grows and prospers. The service includes these functions:

  1. The Principal , Mr Geoffrey Widmer being the Australia resident director on the Board with other international directors as required by Corporations Law. He speaks fluent spanish.
  2. Business development through his extensive industry and government networks with contacts that can “open doors” with key dec ions makers and specialist services.
  3. A Back Office function that caters for financial management- accounting and cashflow services,working capital management, banking, payroll, insurance, superannuation compliance and liaison with accounting taxation and audit functions. It provides Australian regulatory compliance and can interface with parent company to co-ordinate their commercial requirements from the Australian operation.
